That makes sense. The recently established x-file is a consolidation (summary) of the /sol, /news and /e blogs. There is reason to trust that the total amount of external links are actually 2000+ I guess it is a realistic picture... The disallow string "Disallow: www.linqx.dk/news/?searchterm=*" did not work, i.e., the "*" asterix did not work. I then excluded concrete pages such as "http://www.linqx.dk/sol/?searchterm=&sp=160". It has been pretty cumbersome to configure the link checker...

FINALLY on this site - relative font sizes. It was so simple, yet it took me so long to change from absolute to relative font sizes. All I had to do - apart from experimenting quite a lot and testing on various browser - was to change font size settings from e.g. "14 px" to "100%" or "85%" or any other size, e.g. 160% for headings. By this latest development, I would claim that linqx|dk is almost WAI-compliant. Earlier changes included "liquid lay-out". All together these minor, yet in usability terms very useful changes, makes browsing this site a lot more comfortable, since the lay-out to a higher degree adapt itself to users' priorities - some may have old, small screens, others 18 inch screens with a high resolution, yet others may have a hard time reading 12 or 14 px fonts. Now they may take advantage of the built-in browser settings allowing for smaller or bigger font sizes .-) Applying Jacob Nielsen's rules on usability
